INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

for persons contacting the Controller by telephone, e-mail or post, and persons whom the Controller contacts in the above-mentioned manner On the basis of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) – hereinafter “GDPR”, I hereby inform you that:

1. The controller of your personal data is Artepolis 1 sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Kraków, ul. Armii Krajowej 25, 30-150 Kraków, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0001102744, NIP: 7011206803, REG: 52871566400000.

3. The Controller processes your personal data for the purpose of establishing contact with you in response to your submitted request or enquiry. The legal basis for the processing of your data is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6(1) (f) of the GDPR), consisting in the ability to provide a response to your question regarding its activities or to handle the matter you have initiated.
4. To the extent that we obtain personal data directly from you, providing such data is voluntary; however, failure to provide the relevant personal data may prevent us from responding to your enquiry.
5. Recipients of your personal data may include other companies within the Hammak Group, as well as the Controller’s contractors or other entities cooperating with the Controller in the course of its business activities, including in the provision of IT, legal, accounting, sales or tax services (e.g. law firms, accounting offices, sales offices).
6. Your personal data is not subject to automated processing, including profiling.
7. Your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (hereinafter: “EEA”). Such a situation may occur in connection with the commissioning of certain services/activities to entities based outside the EEA or processing data outside the EEA. Your personal data may only be transferred to such third countries (countries outside the EEA) or entities in third countries for which the European Commission has determined an adequate level of data protection, where standard data protection clauses have been applied in agreements with such entities, or where other appropriate safeguards referred to in the applicable legal provisions have been implemented. In the event of transfer of data outside the EEA, you may request further information about the safeguards applied in this respect, obtain a copy of such safeguards and information about where they are made available by contacting us in the manner indicated in point 1.
8. Your data will be processed for the time necessary to respond to your submitted request or enquiry and for the period of limitation of any potential claims.
9. In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the right of access to your data, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object.

11. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
