PRIVACY POLICY

The Privacy Policy has been prepared to explain the principles of processing your personal data on the website www.artepolis.pl.

 

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The controller of your personal data is Artepolis 1 sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Kraków, ul. Armii Krajowej 25, 30-150 Kraków, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0001102744, NIP: 7011206803, REG: 52871566400000.
  2. Terms used in the text of the Privacy Policy shall mean:
    1. GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
    2. Personal data – information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
    3. Consent to the processing of personal data – any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s wishes by which they, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signify agreement to the processing of personal data relating to them.
    4. Policy – this Privacy Policy.

  4. In order to properly protect your personal data against access by unauthorised persons or its unauthorised use, all collected data is secured using appropriate organisational and technical measures.

 

PRINCIPLES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA BY THE CONTROLLER VIA THE CONTACT FORM

  1. Personal data provided by you via the contact form is processed by us for the purpose of communicating with you by e-mail or by telephone, including responding to your enquiry or handling the matter you have initiated. The legal basis for the processing of personal data in this case is consent to the processing of personal data (Article 6(1) (a) GDPR).
  2. Providing the data required in the contact form is voluntary; however, it is necessary in order to enable us to contact you.
  3. If you have given consent to the processing of personal data, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time; however, this shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
  4. Your personal data will be processed until the consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn or until any potential claims become time-barred.

 

ACCESS TO DATA

  1. Your personal data may only be processed by employees or associates of the Controller who have been expressly authorised to do so. In addition, your personal data may be accessed by external entities processing such data on behalf of the Controller to the extent that the Controller has entrusted them with the processing of your personal data (in particular IT service providers).
  2. Except for the cases described in point 5, the Controller may transfer your personal data to other entities where it is legally obliged to do so.

 

YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO DATA PROCESSING

  1. You are entitled to the following rights related to the processing of personal data:
    1. the right of access to data and to obtain a free copy thereof;
    2. the right to rectification of inaccurate data;
    3. the right to erasure of data;
    4. the right to restriction of processing;
    5. the right to data portability;
    6. the right to object to processing based on the legitimate interest of the controller (i.e. Article 6(1) (f) GDPR).
    7. the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
  2. In order to exercise the rights referred to in points 7 and 11, you should submit an appropriate request to the Controller by e-mail or by post to the address of the Controller’s registered office indicated in point 3.
  3. The handling of requests is free of charge, except where a request concerns the issuance of a second and each subsequent copy of the data, or where requests are excessive or manifestly unfounded.
  4. In such cases, the Controller may charge a fee corresponding to the time and resources necessary to fulfil the request.
  5. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if the processing of your data violates data protection regulations.

 

POLICY ON THE USE OF COOKIES ON THE ARTEPOLIS WEBSITE

  1. For your convenience, Artepolis 1 sp. z o.o. uses Cookies and similar technologies on the website http://www.artepolis.pl in particular to adapt the service to your needs and for statistical purposes.
  2. Cookies are small text files sent by the service and stored on your devices, in which information used on the websites you visit is stored. Artepolis uses “session” Cookies (temporary), which are stored on your end device until you log out, leave the website or close your web browser, and “persistent” Cookies, which are stored on your end device for the period specified in the Cookies parameters or until you delete them.

The website may use the Hotjar tool, which monitors and records user behaviour on the website. This tool records data regarding user behaviour such as navigation, scrolling and cursor movement. Information is also collected regarding location, device used, operating system, browser and Cookies. Hotjar does not collect or store personal information (including personal data) of users.
